Rock Cocktail Glass

  1. 1 oz Vodka
  2. Fill with cranberry juice
  3. build
What a classic cocktail , if you ask a inexperienced bartender for this drink the would say what’s that????.  Most people call it a Vodka and Cranberry, the lime garnish or squeeze will give it a slightly tart taste try it both ways.
  1. Garnish with lime wedge

Campari and Soda

CAMPARI & SODA

Build drink in a rocks glass with ice, Campari  and top with soda water.

  1. 1 ½ oz Campari
  2. Fill with soda
  3. Garnish with lemon twist

If  your looking for something different this drink is slightly bitter from the Campari and the soda water lightens it up. Americans are used to drinks being sweet so the bitterness might be a little strange at first but it grows on you the more you drink.
