PINA COLADA

  1. 1 oz Light Rum
  2. 1 oz cream of coconut syrup
  3. Fill with pineapple juice,
  4. Garnish with a Cherry and Pineapple slice

Blend all ingredients together with ice make sure that there is at least 1-1/2  of ice over the top of the liquid to insure that you  have a slushy consistency. Make sure the bartender uses real ingredients instead of fake premixes to get a great drink.

Pink Lady

  1. 1 ½ oz Gin
  2. 1/2 oz Grenadine Syrup
  3. Fill with cream

Have the bartender shake and strain the drink  into a chilled cocktail glass . The drink has the flavor of cherry from the grenadine and floral citrus notes from gin cream smooths it all out.

  1. 1 oz Gin
  2. Dash Grenadine Syrup
  3. 1 oz sweet/sour
  4. 1 oz  cream
  5. Top off with whipped cream
  6. Garnish with a cherry

The Pearl Harbor has a green color and melon flavor from the Midori and the Vodka gives it some punch. The Pineapple juice gives it that tropical taste , shake well and serve over ice .

  2. ¾ oz Amaretto,
  3. Fill with half pineapple and cranberry juice
  4. build

Looking for something a little bit different with more flavor, than a  vodka based cocktail with the same recipe . This is one to try it has the sweet and spice from the southern comfort, and almond flavor with juice. Ask your bartender for this southern tropical style cocktail the next time your out.

Martini Gin extra dry

MARTINI Gin extra dry

In a mixing cup full of  ice add your gin and stir to 15-20 times to chill then strain ingredients into a chilled cocktail glass

  1. Pour 1/4 oz of  dry Vermouth into a chilled cocktail glass swirl it around to coat the inside then pour it down the drain
  2. 2 oz Gin
  3. Garnish with an olive
  4. shake or build

This drink is a must to know as a bartender , it’s ordered all over the world. Simple and delicious it can be made with vodka also.

Use a Champagne Flute

1. Fill glass with equal parts Champagne and orange juice

What a breakfast classic, the acidity of  the champagne and orange juice cut through the heavy foods that are served for breakfast.

Put ingredients into a mixing glass full of ice shake and strain into a chilled  cocktail glass

  1. 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  2. ¾ oz Gin and
  3. ¾ oz Campari
  4. Garnish with lemon twist
