Monkey’s Lunch

  • ½ oz. Kahlua
  • ½ oz. banana liqueur
  • ½ oz. Baileys
  • Pour the liqueurs in this order into a shot glass
  • Slowly layer the ingredients over the back of a spoon

HOW TO LAYER A COCKTAIL

  •  Pour into the required glass the heaviest liquid first.
  •  Place a bar spoon (or teaspoon) upside down into the glass against the edge.
  •  Slowly pour the next heaviest liqueur over the back of the spoon.
  •  Continue with each liqueur, ending with the lightest.

This is pumpkin pie in a shot glass , what a great shot for your next holiday party or when your feeling the holidays in the summer. You can layer each ingredient with a spoon and light the goldschlager for a fresh baked version. (blow it out before you drink it)

  • 2 oz Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1 oz Goldschlager
  • Shake with ice and strain into 4 Shot Glasses

HOW TO SHAKE A COCKTAIL

Fill the cocktail shaker half way ice and add the cocktail ingredients. Close the shaker firmly, and hold it with your right hand wrapped around the top and your left hand cradling the bottom. Raise the shaker over your shoulder and shake hard until the drink is  chilled, 10 to 15 seconds. Strain it into a glass—a good shake will leave a layer of very fine ice shards on the surface of the drink

1/2 oz kahlua

Top with milk

Smooth tequila based cocktail, serve over ice

Toasted Almond

  • Bucket, blend or shake
  • ¾ oz Kahlua
  • ½ oz Amaretto
  • Fill with coffee cream
  • Preparation: Blend
  • Pour all liquors, cordials, juices, mix over ice, directly into
    serving glass as drink recipe lists.
  • Pour into blender container, and blend on high speed for 5-10
    seconds.
  • Pour back into glass.

Preparation: SHAKE

  • Pour all liquors, liqueurs, juices, mix over ice into serving
    glass.
  • Pour into stainless can, and hold together.
  • Shake 3-4 times.
  • Pour back into serving glass.
