- 1/2 oz. light rum
- 1/2 oz. dark rum
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. orange juice
- 1 oz. sour mix
- 1 oz. cream of coconut syrup
- Cherry garnish
Mai Tai
- ½ oz Rum
- ½ oz Triple Sec
- ½ oz Creme de almond
- ½ oz Dark Rum
- 1 oz each sweet/sour, pineapple and orange juice
- Garnish with cherry
