American Bartenders School of NY BBB Business Review

Manhattan Perfect

  1. Dash of Dry and Sweet Vermouth
  2. 2 oz American Whiskey
  3. build or shake
  4. Garnish with lemon twist or olive

The orginal Manhattan was made with a dash of bitters.  Today it is usually left out because of its strong flavor.
