This drink can be served on the rocks or straight up.  James Bond always liked them shaken. One of the 25 greatest drinks.

Dry Scotch Manhattan

Also know as a Dry Rob Roy

  1. Dash Dry Vermouth
  2. 2 oz. Scotch whisky
  3. Garnish with a olive

Preparation: Build

Pour all liquor or cordials, juice, mix over ice, directly into serving glass in the order as drink recipe lists.

This Manhattan doesn’t use bitters like it’s famous cousin.

The orginal Manhattan was made with a dash of bitters.  Today it is usually left out because of its strong flavor.
