There are several variations of this recipe.  Go to Hawaii and you find a slightly different recipe where ever you order it at.  This is the original Trader Vic version:

• 1 oz. silver rum
• 1/2 oz blue curaçao
• 1 oz. cream of coconut syrup
• 3 oz. pineapple juice unsweetened
• Garnish with cherry, orange slice and mint sprig
