Champagne flute

  1. ½ filled with champagne/ or prosecco
  2. ½ filled with  peach nectar

This great breakfast cocktail has the flavor of peach and champagne, It was first made at Harry’s Bar in Venice . If you like the Mimosa then this will be a refreshing change. Blend up some fresh peeled peaches with a little agave nectar for a fresh twist.
