1. 1/2 oz Vodka
2. 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
3.  1/2 oz Triple Sec

HOW TO SHAKE A COCKTAIL

Mountain Dew Me

This cocktail drink recipe has a little bit of everything.  A very nice anytime cocktail from Howard the chief instructor at American Bartenders School in New York.  You can’t go wrong with this great cocktail drink recipe.

Mountain Dew Me

1. 2 oz Midori
2. 1 oz Triple Sec
3. 4 oz Pineapple Juice
4.  Top off with a splash of 7 up

HOW TO SHAKE A COCKTAIL

Fill the cocktail shaker half way ice and add the cocktail ingredients. Close the shaker firmly, and hold it with your right hand wrapped around the top and your left hand cradling the bottom. Raise the shaker over your shoulder and shake hard until the drink is  chilled, 10 to 15 seconds. Strain it into a glass—a good shake will leave a layer of very fine ice shards on the surface of the drink

Juicy Fruit Shot Drink Recipe

• 2 oz Raspberry Liqueur
• 1 oz Triple Sec
• 1 oz Melon Liqueur
• Shake with ice and strain 2 Shot Glasses

Cheesecake Martini Drink Recipe

• 1 oz. Vanilla-Flavored Vodka
• ½ oz. Tiple Sec
• ½ oz. Sour Mix
• 1 oz. Light Cream
• dash Creme de Cacao (White)
• Shake with ice and strain

• 1 ½ oz. Vodka
• ½ oz. Triple Sec

• ½ oz. Amaretto
• ½ oz. Dry Vermouth
• Shake with ice and strain

Hula Hula

Hula Hula Cocktail Drink Recipe

 

• 1 oz vodka
• ½ oz triple sec
• 2 oz orange juice
• Shake without ice and Shake with ice and strain into stemmed cocktail glass.

If you have a high speed blender use it instead of shaking. Put everything in a blender ¼ filled with crushed ice. Blend for 5 seconds and pour over ice.  This drink was another of Trader Vics favorites.

 

Devil’s Punch

A fun festive party punch that you and your guest will surely enjoy.

• ½ oz tequilia
  

  Collins Cocktail Glass

• ½ oz triple sec
• ½ oz lemoncello
• 1 oz sweet and sour
• 2 oz orange juice
• Shake and strain into tall iced glass
• Garnish with a cherry and skull’s head

 

Tokyo Tea

• 1 Oz Midori Melon
  

  Collins Cocktail Glass

• 1/2 Oz Vodka
• 1/2 Oz Tequila
• 1/2 Oz Triple Sec
• 1/2 Oz Gin
• 1/2 Oz Rum

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake, strain into glass filled with ice, and serve.  A variation of the original Long Island Ice T

 

Margarita Strawberry

• Bucket, blend or shake
