		<description> [..YouTube..] any sort of drink that involves straight liquor with no juices should be traditionally stirred not shaken. shaking everything is just a trend that started to happen more in the 70&#039;s. shaking will oxidize the drink which in turn if you do it too hard or long will begin to break down the alcohol in the drink. you can tell thats happening when the drink becomes cloudy.
if you do shake a martini/manhattan  be very gentile and don&#039;t do it for very long</description>
