		<description>This is a perfect Manhattan.  I use a full ounce measure as one part.  My whiskey preference is Jack Daniel&#039;s but rye whiskey is traditional.

3 parts Jack Daniel’s Old #7 (whiskey of your choice)
½ part dry French vermouth
½ part red French vermouth
Dash of Angostura Bitters

Stir and chill over several large ice cubes, strain into a classic cocktail glass.
Serve with a twist of lemon</description>
