   [..YouTube..] @jtiano Sure Sure. But you can’t consider something “The Original (Insert Classic Cocktail Name)” when you use sour mix. It’s something else. A Mai Tai without Orange Curacao but with Triple Sec, good or bad, is not a “Trader Vic Original Mai Tai,” like you say it is. So, you’re wrong. Also, speed/convenience? Squeeze the fruit before the shift, and it’ll be just as convenient. Expensive? Charge more. So, wrong again. Better ingredients. Better pizza. Papa John’s. Have some pride in what you do.
