    [..YouTube..] This recipe is the one that uses common and ingredients that most bars will have on stock. Fresh peach puree and prosecco wine are not items normally stocked by American Bars. You are correct the original recipes called for peach puree made from small white peaches that are grown in the Veneto region of Italy during the summer and prosecco wine that is native to the same region.
