Also SHAKE IT LIKE IT OWES YOU MONEY!! lol -- it should be a little frothy on top, some places use a little egg white to make it frothy. I also prefer it served in a short glass garnished with a orange slice. But that&#039;s just presentation.</description>

amaretto, like every single-spirit cocktail, contains 1 1/4 oz (4cl) of spirit/liqueur. This is not a fashion, since the total alcohol quantity in a drink has been fixed BY LAW in many countries. 6cl (2oz) is the total for a cocktail with more than one spirit.
