[..YouTube..] @jtiano Bullshit – I work in one of the 2 best hotels in my town – we always use fresh ingredience. There is no problem at all in showing up 10-15 mins before your shift starts, which you have to do anyway to set up the bar and squeezing fresh lime and lemon juice into 2 separate bottles that you can use during the shift and make sure you top it up every 2 days or so.
