Come on, part of a bar’s duties is to be prepared to make real drinks and stuff.Before opening, but the limes and that’s it. When it comes the time to prepare the drink, you will use something to squeeze some pieces of lime together with the lugar, it will take extra 30 seconds from the bar tender, TOPS….
