[..YouTube..] this may sound nasty but i also like two ounces of choclate milk and one ounce of amaretto, both ice cold and stir mixed

[..YouTube..] Seriously, the moans and cries and whining and bitching from all you commentators that act like stuck up wannabe connoisseurs is really irritating. Get a life and fuck off. Or better yet, go kill yourselves. Seriously, just go by a ditch and shoot yourselves in the fucking head. No one will miss you.

[..YouTube..] When are lemons and limes out of season? Bars already buy and stock lemons and limes for garnishes year round. Using pre-mixed and chemical laden sour mix and sweet and sour mixes is lazy, and gross.

  4. CobasGeorge says:

[..YouTube..] @burleyque nope, you are wrong. Lemons and limes are more expensive when they are out of season. During the winter the prices go up, sometimes up to 3 times the spring/summer price. If you find cheap ones during that period, that means that they have preservatives and chemicals you can’t even imagine. Truth is that sour mixes most definitely have more in them then the “actual” lemons.

[..YouTube..] WTF! Wrong glass, no crushed ice, no fresh lemons, no sugar syrup not even a mention of angostura bitters ( optional I know) and that was barely a toss let alone a shake.

I’d never accept a drink made with that nuclear looking chemical mix.

[..YouTube..] DO NOT make this drink this way.2 parts amaretto, 1 part liquor 43 (or another vanilla liquor)2 shots of lemon juice, 1/2 – 1 shot of gomme (depends how sweet/sour you want it)Shake thoroughly, strain over an old fashioned glass full of crushed ice. Top up with more crushed ice, add sip straws and garnish with lemon. Can add angastura bitters also if you want for a nice touch.Always make using fresh ingrediants.
