[..YouTube..] u r a bloody idiot! and u really shake like a girl, amaretto sour is 60 mls of amaretto, 30 mls of fresh lemon juice 10 mls of sugar syrup half part of egg white, shake very hard strain into a old fashion glass with fresh ice. bartenders school my arse, this guy doesnt know shit!
[..YouTube..] were you listening when he explained the part about bars not using fresh ingredients to make drinks, or were you to busy looking at your store bought recipe book
[..YouTube..] i would buy that book if i were you. humility never killed anyone.
amaretto, like every single-spirit cocktail, contains 1 1/4 oz (4cl) of spirit/liqueur. This is not a fashion, since the total alcohol quantity in a drink has been fixed BY LAW in many countries. 6cl (2oz) is the total for a cocktail with more than one spirit.
btw, barladies usually harder than this guy
[..YouTube..] Sure, if you’re somewhere where you cant source fresh lemons then by all means use sour mix. But nothing beats fresh squeezed lemons in an amaretto sour. Also SHAKE IT LIKE IT OWES YOU MONEY!! lol — it should be a little frothy on top, some places use a little egg white to make it frothy. I also prefer it served in a short glass garnished with a orange slice. But that’s just presentation.
[..YouTube..] the drink in the beggining is called tequila sunrise
what a girly little shake! haha btw why does it look like cats piss? amaretto sour should be much darker in colour.
