    [..YouTube..] u r a bloody idiot! and u really shake like a girl, amaretto sour is 60 mls of amaretto, 30 mls of fresh lemon juice 10 mls of sugar syrup half part of egg white, shake very hard strain into a old fashion glass with fresh ice. bartenders school my arse, this guy doesnt know shit!

    amaretto, like every single-spirit cocktail, contains 1 1/4 oz (4cl) of spirit/liqueur. This is not a fashion, since the total alcohol quantity in a drink has been fixed BY LAW in many countries. 6cl (2oz) is the total for a cocktail with more than one spirit.
    btw, barladies usually harder than this guy :D

    [..YouTube..] Sure, if you’re somewhere where you cant source fresh lemons then by all means use sour mix. But nothing beats fresh squeezed lemons in an amaretto sour. Also SHAKE IT LIKE IT OWES YOU MONEY!! lol — it should be a little frothy on top, some places use a little egg white to make it frothy. I also prefer it served in a short glass garnished with a orange slice. But that’s just presentation.
